![]() So here i am with the part returned I'm out 27 dollars in shipping charges on a simple tool only worth 15. Right? Wrong! I contacted BFI with the return request and they replied with their return policy stating i would only be refunded the amount of the tool but I would have to pay the shipping on both ends (btw my cost to ship was almost 10 dollars less than what I paid for them to ship it out to me and I used the exact same box it came in) No worries though because I thought, like any other retailer I've dealt with (eBay sellers, 42dd, vortex members, ecs, even the dealer! and ect.) they would understand and just exchange the product and I would just pay the difference in cost. A little mad and annoyed I go to my email and double check the order I made turns out I had accidentally ordered a BBS RS tool. Now, I'm not new the vw and I know I have BBS RC wheels and I could have sworn that's what I ordered. I was excited to try it out! I go out to my car, place the tool on the wheel and I find out I had ordered the wrong part! :banghead: To my surprise, the shipping costed literally the price of the part I'm ordering effectively doubling the price I had to pay! At this point I was annoyed but I still needed the tool and continued to process the order.įast Forward to getting my package in a reasonable amount of time. As I moved through the check out process, it was time to enter my address and get shipping charges. ![]() I was actually pretty excited because the part (wheel cap removal tool) was a very decent price. Hey guys, I had recently done a transaction with BFI and I thought I'd let you all know how it went.Īt first, the transaction was very easy, I found the part I wanted on their website, added it to my cart, and proceeded to checkout as usual with any online retailer. ![]()
